R & T Computer Service and Repair (RTCSR) is a dream come true for Owner, Ronald Johnson. Ronald has spent his entire professional career building his expertise in computer technology and helping others. As a young lad growing up in the 80's, in Long Island, NY, like most kids Ron found himself enamored with technology. He soon started taking things apart just to see if he could put them back together again. You can see how this talent, otherwise known as a nuisance, must have irritated his mom. Imagine coming home after a long day at nursing to find your VCR, radio and/or vacuum in a million parts on the floor. But you can also imagine the smile when it was whole again and in working order, by Ron's own hands.
Ron's amorous relationship with technology paid off when as a young professional working in a retail store main office and pursuing an accounting degree, a computer career center opened up a floor below his office. That first day almost 100+ people showed up for class. At the end of two years, only a handful completed the course and graduated. Ron was among that handful. As destiny would have it Ron soon got a job at Party City Corporation in their corporate offices as a help desk tech support. As months turned into years so did Ron's experience and knowledge of almost every technical issue you could think of while overseeing 800 plus stores, resulting in promotions from Tech support analyst to Senior Tech to 2nd level Support Analyst. Ron was recognized many times for his dedication and ability to make seemingly complex problems simple.
